HOLLEY CONSULTING provides expert land use planning and environmental analysis for projects in northern and southern California. Deborah E. Holley, the firm's Principal has over 20 years of professional experience and a master's degree in urban planning.
She has managed or contributed to more than 50 Environmental Impact Reports, community plans, and special planning and environmental projects. She works with a wide range of clients and is the staff planner for the San Francisco law firm of Moscone Emblidge & Rubens LLP www.mosconelaw.com.
Ms. Holley helps non-profits, schools, developers, and architects negotiate the environmental and development review process and provides thorough and sound analysis and advice.
Recent and current clients include Marriott Vacations Worldwide Corporation, Live Oak School, St. Ignatius College Preparatory High School, the Scandinavian School, the San Francisco Waterfront Alliance, AutoReturn, Cornerstone Real Estate Advisers, Ritz Carlton, and the Lombard HOA.
Deborah has also been deeply involved in her community and has served on the boards of local organizations, including Mill Valley Aware, Kiddo, and the Tam High Foundation. She is also a member of the Natural Resources Defense Council's SF Council.
