Senior Associate, Wagstaff and Associates.  Berkeley, California, 1990 to 1997. Project manager for and major contributor to environmental impact documents, specific plans, general plan elements,  and community plan formulation for numerous California cities and counties.  Also responsible for proposal writing, contract negotiation, and management.

Senior Associate, Planning Analysis & Development. San Francisco, California, 1987 to 1990. Project manager or major participant in environmental impact documentation, general plan revision, specific plan formulation, site suitability analysis, and permit processing.

Assistant Project Manager, LSA Associates. Point Richmond and San Francisco, California, 1985 to 1987. Project manager or principal assistant on environmental and urban planning studies in northern and southern California, with a specialization in land use and planning policy.
